Cost
Fees for fingerprinting service range from $15 - $91 depending on the level of service required. To determine your fees, please call the Livescan office.
Applicant Instructions
- Call the Livescan Office to schedule an appointment
- Walk-ins will be scheduled for an appointment or accepted if time is available
- The following items MUST be brought with you to your appointment:
- “Request for Livescan Service” form or Ink Card/s
- Valid Driver's License, Passport, or Military ID
- Cash or check
Check in at the University Police Department Reception Counter to pay fees before your scheduled appointment (Building 74).
